Sam Jay is an American comedian, writer, and actor, best known for her work as a writer on Saturday Night Live and her Netflix special 3 in the Morning. Vulture praised 3 in the Morning, calling it "funny, smart, and well done, full of bluster, pride, and insight.”  Jay is also the co-creator and co-star of the HBO series Pause with Sam Jay and Peacock's Bust Down.
